Gather & Reflect is an event-planning and experience-design company creating deeply personal milestone celebrations, family gatherings, and meaningful events. We make them memorable, not because everything looked perfect, but because people felt seen, connected, and part of something that truly mattered.

We begin by understanding the people at the center: their stories, traditions, personalities, and relationships. From there, we thoughtfully design opportunities for authentic connection and meaningful moments that could never come from a template.
Design
We shape an experience around real people—not a formula—creating space for connection, reflection, joy, and a little bit of magic.
Preserve
We help meaningful moments live beyond the gathering through thoughtful photography, film, writing, storytelling, and keepsakes.

Gather & Reflect was founded by Rachel and Christopher Ducey—siblings who believe the moments that bring people together deserve more intention, more heart, and more staying power.
We call ourselves Memory Architects because our work lives at the intersection of thoughtful planning, human connection, and storytelling. We become students of the people we serve, then build an experience around what makes them unforgettable.
